Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the electronic items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the device in its original box, ensuring that all cables, manuals, and protective foam are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
